Birth Dysphoria: a new age discovery

2025 Dysphoria

 Introduction of BDA

This Report was about a new mental condition that is effecting a lot of trauma and paranoia effect that’s a type of a strong\Rare dysphoria called BDA (Birth Dysphoria Action or Birth Dysphoria) It was known to be discovered by a 12\11 year old in 2023 and was realest in 2025. It was familiar to GDA (Gender dysphoria action or just Gender Dysphoria) But In a different way.

Why is it called 'BDA?'

The reason why The name 'Birth' was given to a unrecognised Dysphoria except for 'Age' in it that effect\give a chronological age anxiety. the fact that due to it being just a Nickname for it, i just called it BDA for Fun! (normally used the most but using age dysphoria is fine too)  Is just a label.

BDA Impact

How it affects you in your life?

People with BDA may feel like they are out of sync with their peers or their own developmental timeline. For example, someone who is 14 might feel emotionally or psychologically like they are 15, leading to discomfort or frustration. This feeling of being "out of place" can trigger anxiety or sadness, especially if they feel misunderstood or unable to explain why they feel differently than others. Because BDA is very complicated and misunderstood thing in a persons life. But am going to talk about my life, I was known to be 13-14 years old and my real age is 12-13 which I keep a secret, I don’t say it for trying to impress someone or pretending to be a grown up or being smart. It’s a little bit like fitting in. But its just we suffer with things in the past that effect our age to make ourselves feel like a scapegoat for being born that way or we choose it by mistake (as in like a metaphor\Example)

BDA Symptoms and Causes 1

a psychological condition in which a person feels a strong sense of discomfort or distress related to the passage of time, their age, or their sense of personal development, BDA as a condition where someone feels a sense of discomfort about being one year older than they truly are. It doesn’t involve a desire to change age drastically or become a different age, but Normally instead, it’s a mismatch between how old someone feels versus their actual chronological age. BDA it’s not a physical condition and that it’s not a choice or preference (Instead of identity-related dysphoria’s such as gender dysphoria aka GDA) even if you can decide not have it. BDA is a permeant thing It’s not something you can decide to "Escape From", Once you get it, it stays (depends how) BDA isn’t even a disorder or a mental problem or a dangerous thing. Its normally just a hard thing to handle or can cause depression or anxiety just like a normal dysphoria but in a strong way. Its not even a LGBTQ thing either, Its Depends on how you treat it, you can cope with it which is easy but will take some time to process its way.

 ·         Emotional or Mentally Displacement: The feeling that one is emotionally or psychologically out of sync with their age group, whether feeling older or younger than their peers, it could be caused by bullying, disconnection, traumatic\abusive pasts, ADHD (effects less), paranoia, a bad relationship with someone or family, shame, Internet\addiction, etc.

  • To Much Lack of Control: Unlike conditions that allow for some form of physical transition (like gender dysphoria or body dysmorphia), BDA doesn’t offer any physical change or external action to "correct" the mismatch (unless if you have a BDA certificate)

BDA Symptoms and Causes 2

·         Trauma and Past Abuse: People who have experienced significant emotional, physical, or sexual  or neglect abuse may feel like they have aged prematurely due to the mental and emotional toll. Or make them to feel like their stuck on a age where they remember all of the  abuse in the past or make them feel that their age is part of them for being a victim.

  ·         Bullying: Being bullied for someone age or ostracized can make someone feel like they’ve “missed out” on resulting in a sense of disconnection from their actual age OR wanted to fit in the group but ended up being made fun of their age cus they don’t fit or they feel “Different in a Bad Way” could make them feel like their true self is “useless” or “misplaced”.

 ·         ADHD and Neurodiversity: While ADHD may have a lesser impact, people with ADHD might feel mentally or emotionally "older" because they struggle with managing time or societal expectations (only effects around %15 of people)

·         Paranoia or Anxiety: Chronic paranoia or anxiety about time, age, or life progression may exacerbate feelings of being "older" than one is, as people may feel like they’re behind in life or feels disconnected from their peers or was born in a “weak” way.

·         Shame or Guilt: The weight of feeling ashamed or guilty about one’s past (for example, due to poor decisions, addiction, or mistakes) can make people feel as though they’ve aged mentally, even if they haven’t physically, its called “Masking” and its also common for kids at the age of 12 and 13 or 11.

·         Addiction or Internet Dependence: A significant relationship with the internet, especially if it's linked to online addiction, can distort someone’s sense of self and time. Constant comparison to others or exposure to unrealistic expectations can make a person feel like they're behind or older than the people online they meet OR have a same connection as them while in reality there not, due to their success.

·         Difficult Family or Relationship Dynamics: Strained relationships with family members or significant others can lead to emotional stress, making them feel like they need to change to stay away from them and their entire life, so they can change their life to something better instead of the same old present.

These are the symptoms of the BDA to explain of how these events\situation\presents that could remove their old self’s away from them (they will still remember their old self’s but its easy to overcome these things if they happen, Not like a Cure but can cope with these things and not to worry about anything happening ever again while socialising in society instead of remembering themselves Mentally and emotionally exhausted or burnt out, as though they’ve lived through more than they actually have or having problems that could lead to self harm, paranoia and meltdowns\mental breakdowns or perhaps suicidal thoughts.)

Even & Odd

An interesting aspect of Birth Dysphoria (BDA) is that it can Actually have a Connection differently depending on the person’s chronological age and the year they were born. To better understand the experience of BDA, we can categorize individuals as "Even" or "Odd" based on the last digit of the year they were born. It can also be a type of behaviour of “Extreme” or “Low”

So Here’s how it works:

  •  To Identify the Year, Take the year the person was born. For example, let’s say the person was born in 2014.
  • Look at the Last Digit. To determine if they are an “Even” or “Odd” person with BDA, you’ll need to look at the last digit of the year. In this case, the last digit of 2014 is 4.

So Classifying as Even or Odd:

  • If  the 4th\last digit is (e.g 2, 4, 6, 8, included 0), the person is classified as an 'Even' person with BDA.
  • So if the 4th\last digit is (e.g 1, 3, 5, 7, 9,) the person is classified as an 'Odd' person with BDA.

Example 1:

  • If someone was born in 2014, The last digit is 4 (which is even), so this person would be categorized as an "Even" person with BDA.

Example 2:

  • If someone was born in 2013, The last digit is 3 (which is odd), So they would be This Classification Means: They identify (not in a physical identity way)  as 2012.
A Bigger Example (3):

  • An Example of "extreme\aware\hyper" or "low\calm\aware" which Resembles (in ratios):
  • extreme:Even
  • low:Odd
